Privacy Policy

Access to information and the protection of certain types of personal information are addressed in South Africa’s Constitution and are regulated by the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) (2001) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) (2020).

As South Africa’s equivalent to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), POPI sets conditions for one to lawfully process the personal information of data subjects (both juristic and natural persons).

While the clients’ personal information in my possession (first name, last name, position and e-mail address) is generally publicly available on their universities’ websites, I do not make any client information available to any third parties for any purpose.

I do not possess or process any of the following:

account numbers, bank statements/details, identity numbers/documents, children’s information, medical information, business trade secrets, information about commercial activities, agreements, legal documents, employment contracts/policies, or corporate governance documents/structures.

Further, I offer all those I communicate with the option to opt out or unsubscribe.
